Monday Week 3!

Michelle took it easier on us knowing that we had a challenge on Wednesday- Apart fron a few lunges and wood chops I was happy that I wasn't dying.

Morning: 137/67 182/90 938 KCal 45% (414 KCal bootcamp)

I walked home from bootcamp- I bounced a bit but it was all uphill. When I got home, I was drenched in sweat and I could tell that summer was on the way!

I managed a 6:45min/km run back to bootcamp! If I haven't mentioned it before- its all down hill!

Tuesday Week 3

Michelle had to take it easy on us today- or so we thought! Her argument was that we weren't gonna use our arms for the legs challenge! Had to remind her that Shuttle runs aren't arm exercises!

The walk home was Difficult! Much worse than the day before!

Week 2 Overview!

Week 2 was my hardest week to deal with! The Monday after the weekend felt like restarting from Square 1... I managed to get through the week but instead of recounting each day blow by blow (I've blocked it out) I've recorded my Calories and steps each day!

Day 5 Dreaded assessment day

So Friday was here! Finally!

At Adventure Bootcamp the assessment day consists of a 1 minute push up test, 1 minute sit up test and a 1,2km run.
